We went to visit Daddy's grave for Memorial Day. There is something so inspiring about seeing all of those markers with the flags.
Daddy, thanks for being such an inspiration to me, thanks for your service to our country and the example of patriotism and honor.

It is Middle Tennessee Veteran's Cemetary.
I just love the uniformity of it all. I didn't think I would - I thought that it would make him one of many and therefore insignificant but what I have found is that it makes him one of many in a great cause which makes his resting place very significant.
